Venue Price will include the following:
* Up to 40 Chairs (Please set up and breakdown on your own)
* Oceanfront Garden (approximately 2600 ft² space)
* Private Beach Access
* Pool
* Poolside Cabana
* Full-Sized Kitchen
* Air-Conditioned Indoor Space
* Air-Conditioned 3 Suite Rooms on 2nd Floor
* Lanai (Outdoor Space with a Roof)
* Parking Attendant
* On-site Coordinator

4 Hours Partial Day Rental

You may reserve the times between 10:00am-9:00pm
Rental period must include your setup, breakdown, and cleanup time.
The venue must be returned to its original state.

Full Day Rental

$6500

Rental period time : 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Rental period must include your setup, breakdown, and cleanup time.
Entry time 12:00 pm
Guests vacate no later than 9:00pm
No loud noises or music after 9:00pm
Vendor vacate no later than 10:00pm
The venue must be returned to its original state.

To ensure the smooth operation and coordination of all events at the venue and to guarantee an exceptional experience for all clients and their guests, all events are required to have a designated person, event coordinator or planner who will be the point of contact for the entire event→FAQs under Hawaii Wedding

The On-site Coordinator is the venue’s representative, ensuring the property is ready before the event and checking that it is returned to its normal state afterward. They are not responsible for cleaning unless arranged. For any venue-related needs or questions, the On-site Coordinator is the point of contact. The On-site Coordinator is not a wedding planner or coordinator.

Change & Cancellation Policy

Any changes made before the three-month mark prior to the event date, a $100 fee will apply per change. Once the event date is within three months, the cancellation fee will take effect for any cancellations or changes.
