Introducing Chef Yanagishita, the Executive Chef of Kailana Chapel. Trained in France, he has previously been a personal chef for the Embassy of Japan, and with this experience, he has had the privilege of serving his exquisite cuisine to VIPs across the country. He is passionate about utilizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Hawaii to craft unique dishes with a hint of French and Japanese influence.
